I began my career as a restraunteaur and quickly earned the privilege of opening a new location where I met the National Training Team. To be on it you needed Management Experience so I earned that experience…but then they wanted me to be a General Manager which didn’t align with my goals…
So I became a Real Estate - Agent, then Trainer & Coach, Team Manager, and eventually Director of Marketing & Operations for one of RE/MAX’s top teams in Ottawa.
Bill Meyer hired me to his team with one goal, “Make the Internet work for me”!
A decade later with over 30,000 Leads generated, 455 Sales, $207M in Volume, $4.7M GCI, and advertised over 1000 homes for sale…we might say it worked. To continue the success of the team I built the Strategic Plan for Growth that over 10 years Quadrupled yearly sales volume.
Out side of normal work I’ve been involved with the Pineview Community Association for almost 10 years, hosting over 50 community events and gaining in-depth expertise into the inner workings of municipal government. That city experience lead me to get involved in political side of things and led to experience in 9 election campaigns over since 2018. On the side I’ve become involved with the charitable foundation Hallmark Giving which focuses on youth, heath, and shelter iniatives to make Ottawa a better place to live.
Now I work as a special assistant to a Provincial Member of Parliament researching and advising on files like Infrastructure, Municpalities, Labour and Skills training in Ontario.
