My career has always sat at the intersection of people, systems, and results. I began in the hospitality industry, where I earned management responsibility early and helped launch a new restaurant location. That experience grounded me in frontline leadership, operations, and customer service at scale.
Wanting to build systems, I transitioned into real estate, where my career expanded rapidly from agent to trainer, coach, team manager, and ultimately Director of Marketing & Operations for one of Ottawa’s top-performing RE/MAX teams.
As Director of Strategic Operations for The Tulip Team, my mandate was simple: make digital systems drive real results. Over more than a decade, the platforms, processes, and growth strategies I built generated 30,000+ leads, over 400 transactions, more than $185M in sales volume, and over $4M in gross commissions, while advertising more than 1,000 homes for sale. A long-term strategic growth plan I authored helped quadruple annual sales volume over ten years, earning consistent national and regional recognition. Alongside my professional work, I’ve spent nearly a decade deeply embedded in community advocacy and municipal issues. Through leadership roles with a local community association, I helped deliver more than 50 community events and advanced tangible outcomes; from neighbourhood infrastructure upgrades and traffic safety measures to transit advocacy and public-realm investments. That work gave me hands-on insight into how municipal government actually functions and where it too often breaks down for residents.
That experience naturally led me into political campaigns and public service. Since 2018, I’ve supported over a dozen municipal, provincial, and federal campaigns, serving in roles ranging from field leadership to campaign management. I’ve managed high-intensity campaigns, coordinated volunteers across large geographic areas, overseen digital communications, and delivered strong voter-contact programs with a focus on discipline, data, and trust.
Today, I work as a Special Assistant to a Member of Provincial Parliament, leading stakeholder relations and supporting files related to infrastructure, municipalities, labour, skills training, and public accountability. My role is to translate community concerns into actionable policy advice and to help governments communicate clearly, honestly, and effectively with the people they serve. Across every role I’ve held, real estate, community leadership, campaigns, and government, the common thread has been building systems that earn trust, deliver results, and improve lives. I also unapologetically love talking housing, community engagement, communications strategy, and sci-fi. 🖖
